With nearly 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Bryan brings a wealth of knowledge acquired through his background in carpentry. His journey began with a carpentry apprenticeship in the Royal Australian Engineers of the Australian Army, after which completing he then managed construction sites both domestically and abroad.
Transitioning from a career in the defence force to running his own company, and subsequently moving into roles in commercial carpentry estimating and insurance supervision, Bryan has honed his expertise in project management, conflict resolution, and meticulous attention to detail. His formal qualifications in Construction, Work Health and Safety, and Leadership Management have equipped him to excel in his current role as Construction Manager.
Outside of work, Bryan enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and indulging his passion for snowboarding.
